Finally revealing himself to the world, the evil Rashin Lyght goes one-on-one with his monstrous creation while an entire city's police force look on in horror.
Immortals normally hide in the shadows, but Lyght has never been one to play by everyone else's rules, and the consequences of his actions will resonate.
Elisa and Tagger attempt to minimize the damage, but they suspect that the worst is yet to come.
