Following the demolition of their home, Rojan Hardi and his family are invited to live rent-free in Graphite Green, a luxury apartment complex in Sinkhill, as part of a pilot scheme.
It's an offer too good to be true, and it soon becomes clear the tower block, and those who live there, are not what they seem.
But neither is Rojan.
