Paul is in pretty bad shape concussed, bleeding, bruised, and now tied up in an abandoned arcade with Broyles, one of the crooked cops that had been chasing him through LA.
And it looks like Broyles has a penchant for hard-knuckled interrogation.
Meanwhile, his partner McCann is found Michelle, and the tape. Can Nick mount a rescue with the help of some highly unlikely allies and save his friends? And why do Broyles and McCann want that tape so damn bad?
